The following general contract conditions are understood to be known and accepted by the Customer (you). We therefore ask you to read them carefully and contact us in case of doubts or clarifications.
Introduction
By booking one of our Holiday Homes, Travelbuy San Teodoro di Lorenzo Pinducciu (registered office in Loc. Suaredda 5, San Teodoro - SS - tax code PNDLNZ80P13H856Z - VAT number 01649790910 - pec: [email protected]) undertakes to rent to the Customer the house chosen during the booking phase, in the period and for the number of people indicated. We undertake to provide you with the accommodation clean and tidy, functioning and complete with what is reported in the description. The price always includes the consumption of water, electricity, gas and final cleaning.
Booking
The rental contract is considered concluded only upon receipt of the confirmation email that will be sent to you after receiving the payment of a deposit equal to 30% of the rent. The payment must be made online via PayPal or credit card or by bank transfer within 2 days of the booking request.
Payments and services
Failure to pay the deposit on the established date constitutes an express termination clause in the contract. The balance of the stay, net of the deposit sent at the time of booking, must be paid at the time of check-in, in cash or credit/debit cards. Failure to pay the balance or the failure to show up on the scheduled arrival date will result in the automatic termination of the contract and the amount already paid at the time of booking will remain acquired by our Company as compensation.
Arrivals and departures
The delivery of the keys to the accommodation, with the completion of the acceptance procedure, is scheduled for the contractual arrival day from 4:00 pm to 11:00 pm at our offices in Loc. Suaredda n. 5 in San Teodoro (SS), unless otherwise agreed. We are always available at +39 344 6380283 or +39 347 6194677. The Client and the other occupants must be equipped with a valid identity document and the booking confirmation received by email. Departure is scheduled no later than 10:00 am on the day established by the contract.
In the event that the Client is unable to occupy the apartment from the booked day or at the scheduled time for personal reasons, strikes or difficulties during the trip, no refund is provided.
The same rule also applies in the event of early departure.
Alternative or cancellation of the contract by us.
We reserve the right to replace the booked apartment with one offered of equal or higher value in the event of a serious unforeseen event.
Deposit, use of the accommodation and penalties
When the keys are handed over, a deposit of €100.00 must be paid, an amount that will be blocked on the credit card as a guarantee or delivered in cash. The occupation of the apartment is limited to the number of people mentioned in the reservation. The deposit will be fully released or returned only after a positive inspection of the condition of the apartment by one of our operators. In the event of damage or any breakages to objects or things and the lack and/or damage of linens that may have been booked, these must be compensated at the market price. The tenant undertakes to occupy the apartment respecting all the rules of good neighborliness. The cleaning of the kitchenette, dishes and kitchen material must be done by the customer as it is not included in the final cleaning, otherwise € 30.00 will be retained from the deposit. On the day of departure, waste must be disposed of as per instructions received at check-in. In the event of garbage being present, € 50 will be retained for disposal by our staff.
